Cette 1\u00e8re<\/sup> cuv\u00e9e en AOP Moulin-\u00e0-Vent est issue d\u2019une parcelle de vieilles vignes caract\u00e9ristique du terroir \u00ab\u00a0Au Michelon\u00a0\u00bb. Patiemment vinifi\u00e9 en barriques et en cuves dans nos caves, ce vin structur\u00e9, fin et profond r\u00e9v\u00e8le la finesse d\u2019un grand terroir de Moulin-\u00e0-Vent, retenu dans les lieux dits qui pourraient \u00eatre class\u00e9s en Premier Cru.<\/p>\n

La cuv\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Sous le bois\u00a0\u00bb est un hommage au parcellaire du Domaine qui se d\u00e9ploie sous la couronne des bois de La Presle. \u00ab\u00a0Sous\u00a0le Bois\u00a0\u00bb est une s\u00e9lection \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 100% en f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane. Elle se caract\u00e9rise par sa grande finesse, son \u00e9l\u00e9gance, son l\u00e9ger bois\u00e9.<\/p>\n
