Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc is used to produce fine, fruity wines with a long finish.

It offers wines with a beautiful red colour, often bright and vibrant, with predominantly fruity aromas or sometimes peppery and floral notes.

This first Moulin-à-Vent AOP vintage comes from a plot of old vines characteristic of the ‘Au Michelon’ terroir. Patiently vinified in barrels and vats in our cellars, this structured, refined and deep wine reveals the finesse of a great Moulin-à-Vent terroir, retained in the localities that could be classified as Premier Cru.ère cuvée en AOP Moulin-à-Vent est issue d’une parcelle de vieilles vignes caractéristique du terroir « Au Michelon ». Patiemment vinifié en barriques et en cuves dans nos caves, ce vin structuré, fin et profond révèle la finesse d’un grand terroir de Moulin-à-Vent, retenu dans les lieux dits qui pourraient être classés en Premier Cru.

The ‘Sous le Bois’ cuvée pays homage to the estate's vineyard plots, which stretch out beneath the canopy of the La Presle woods. ‘Sous le Bois’ is a selection aged entirely in oak barrels. It is characterised by its great finesse, elegance and light woodiness.
